MastermindsHub (mastermindshub.com) is operated by The mastermindhub LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "we", "us", and "MastermindsHub" mean The mastermindhub LLC. "You" means the person or business buying or using our products.

By buying a sheet, starting a VIP membership, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

MastermindsHub sells spreadsheet systems ("sheets") that you copy into your own Google Drive. You can buy in one of two ways:

• One-time purchase: you buy a single sheet outright. You keep it, and you keep free updates to the version you bought.
• VIP membership: a monthly subscription that unlocks the whole catalogue and keeps you on the latest version of every sheet for as long as the membership is active.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is handled by Stripe; starting a checkout means you also accept Stripe’s terms for that transaction.

When you buy a sheet or claim one through VIP, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that sheet — and the formulas, structure, and documentation in it — for your own personal or business purposes. You may adapt and extend your own copy freely.

You may not resell, re-license, publish, or redistribute the sheet or template itself, in whole or in part, whether for free or for payment. The licence is for using the sheet, not for reselling the product. We keep all intellectual-property rights in the templates.

Delivery works by redirecting you to Google’s "make a copy" page, which places a copy of the sheet in your own Google Drive. From that moment the copy belongs to you and lives in your account, not behind our login.

Because the copy sits in your Drive, it survives whatever happens to your relationship with us. Cancelling a VIP membership never deletes or locks a sheet you have already copied, and we have no technical ability to reach into your Drive to change or remove it. Refunds are the one case where your ability to download again is affected — see our Refund Policy.

VIP is billed monthly in USD and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. When you cancel, you keep every sheet you already copied into your Drive, but you stop receiving new sheets and updates from the point your access ends. An active membership always gives you the latest version of a sheet; once it lapses, you keep the newest version you held while you were a member.

One-time purchases and VIP memberships carry a 14-day, no-questions refund. A refund revokes your ability to download the sheet again but cannot reclaim a copy already in your Drive. The full details, including how to request one, are in our Refund Policy.

MastermindsHub products are spreadsheet tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and using them does not create any advisory relationship. The numbers a sheet shows depend entirely on the data you enter and the assumptions you choose. You are responsible for your own decisions; consult a qualified professional before acting on anything a sheet suggests.

THE SHEETS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that a sheet will be error-free or that it will meet your particular needs. Google Drive and Google Sheets are provided by Google under their own terms, which we do not control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MASTERMINDHUB LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SHEETS OR THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE IT AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or an active membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MastermindsHub will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
