Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your VIP membership at any time — no reason required, no hoops. Cancelling stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full membership access until then.

Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout and choose “Manage billing”. That opens the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can cancel directly — and also update your payment method, change billing details, and view invoices.

VIP is billed monthly in USD at the price shown on the VIP page, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Once your cancellation takes effect, no further charges are made.

We do not prorate. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, your membership stays fully active until the end of that cycle, and the remainder of the month is not refunded. Separately, every membership carries a 14-day, no-questions refund from the date of a charge — see our Refund Policy for how that works.

Every sheet you copied into your Google Drive while a member stays yours forever. Cancelling never deletes, locks, or downgrades a copy you already have — we have no access to your Drive at all. If you re-download a sheet from MastermindsHub after your membership ends, you get the newest version you held while you were a member.

What stops when your paid period ends: new sheets, future updates, and priority support. Sheets you bought outright as one-time purchases are unaffected by membership status — they remain yours for life.

Changed your mind? You can rejoin VIP at any time at the then-current monthly rate. Note that pricing and benefits may have changed since your previous membership.
