Shipping Policy

Every MastermindsHub product is digital: a spreadsheet system delivered as a copy into your own Google Drive. There is no physical product, no shipping fee, no carrier, and no delivery window — and because nothing ships, our products are available worldwide.

The moment your payment completes, you are returned to a confirmation page with your sheet ready to copy into your Google Drive. A VIP membership unlocks the whole catalogue the same way, immediately. Your purchase is also recorded against the email address you used at checkout, and Stripe sends a receipt to that address.

You do not need to save the confirmation page. Sign in at any time with the email you used at checkout — we send a one-time sign-in link, or you can use Google — and re-copy anything you own from your account. Sheets already copied into your Drive are yours forever either way.

If the confirmation page did not load, or the receipt or sign-in email never arrived: first check your spam folder, and make sure you are using exactly the email address you typed at checkout — a typo there means your purchase is waiting under the mistyped address, which we can fix.
