Privacy Policy

MastermindsHub (mastermindshub.com) is operated by The mastermindhub LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you buy or use MastermindsHub, why, and what you can do about it. We are the controller of that data.

We keep the smallest set of data needed to sell you a sheet and let you download it again later:

• Your email address, and a Stripe customer id we create for you the first time you check out.
• Which sheets you own — your entitlements, and the version you hold.
• Your orders (the sheet, amount, currency, and status) and, if you subscribe, your VIP subscription status and renewal date.

You do not need an account to buy. If you check out as a guest, we create one for you using the email address you gave Stripe at checkout, so that you can sign back in later and re-copy any sheet you own. You sign in with a magic link sent to that address, or with Google. Your account and your entitlements persist. If you mistype your email at checkout, you will still receive your sheet immediately, but the account will belong to the address you typed — write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

When you contact us through the form on our contact page, we also store:

• The name, email address, and message you send through the contact form.
• A salted, irreversible hash of your IP address, kept for up to 30 days solely to rate-limit abuse of that form, then erased. The raw IP address is never stored.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs the anti-spam challenge on the contact form and therefore receives your IP address, processed under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and other card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen, handled, or stored by MastermindsHub. We only receive back a customer id and the status of your orders and subscription. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Your account and purchase data is stored in our Supabase database, which runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (the us-east-1 region). Because our provider and its infrastructure are in the United States, your data is processed there.

The only cookies MastermindsHub sets are the ones that keep you signed in — the authentication session cookies used by our login. They are necessary for the site to know you are logged in and to deliver a sheet you own. We do not run any advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile you across the web.

When you download a sheet, we redirect you to Google’s "make a copy" page, which places a copy in your own Google Drive. That copy is yours. MastermindsHub has no access to your Google Drive and cannot read, modify, or delete the sheets you copy there.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make MastermindsHub work: Stripe (payments), Supabase, running on Amazon Web Services (authentication and database hosting), and Cloudflare (anti-spam on the contact form). We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Note that deleting your account removes your ability to sign back in and re-download; it does not affect any sheet already copied into your Google Drive, which remains yours.

We keep your account and order records for as long as you have an account, so you can re-download sheets you own, and for as long afterwards as we need them for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it except where we are required to retain a record.

The salted hash of your IP address that guards the contact form is kept for at most 30 days and then deleted automatically. The messages you send through the contact form are kept until we have dealt with your enquiry.

If we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
