Refund Policy

Every one-time sheet purchase and every VIP membership comes with a 14-day refund, no reason required. Buy a sheet or join VIP, copy what you like, look around — if it is not for you, ask us within 14 days of the charge and we send the money back.

When we issue a refund, we revoke your download access to that sheet: from that point on, any request to copy it again from MastermindsHub is declined.

A refund does not — and technically cannot — remove a sheet you have already copied into your Google Drive. That copy is yours. It stays in your Drive, and we have no access to your Drive to reclaim, change, or delete it. In short: a refund stops future downloads from MastermindsHub; it does not claw back a sheet you already have.

Cancelling your VIP membership and requesting a refund are two different things. When you simply cancel, you keep every sheet you already claimed into your Drive; you just stop receiving new sheets and updates once your paid period ends. No money moves and nothing is revoked. A refund is the separate case described above, and only a refund revokes download access.

A chargeback or payment dispute has the same effect as a refund: it revokes your access to download the affected sheet again from MastermindsHub. As with a refund, it does not reach any copy already sitting in your Google Drive. If you think something was charged in error, please email us first — we would rather just refund you.

Email [email protected] from the address on your order within 14 days of the charge and tell us what you bought. You do not need to give a reason. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
